Awesome comment Sam. Challenging fear takes courage. And courage builds increasingly bold, strong, fearless character.

Lovely article Nea,

I think that the problem most people have with fear is that they don't challenge it.

If they do challenge it, they don't show enough persistent challenging to make any noticeable difference. If you challenge fear enough times, it is breakable.

Making the conscious commitment to challenge fear each time it 'appears' is the beginning of the end to a problem that hampers the lives of many people.

Much Love

Great post, Nea. Ah, fear - the great crippler ...

Fear has been responsible for so much limitation in this world, and I've known it all too well at times in my own life. But when I finally realized that I needed to push through it in order to win, I found that many of the things I feared were fairly weak adversaries that only held power because I consciously allowed them to.

As Emerson stated, "Do the thing, and you will have the power ..." - a mantra I turn to often when confronting fear, usually as it relates to taking action.

Best to you,
Scott

Hi Debi. I just love Napoleon Hill's work. There is so much there to learn about modifying the way we think. I'll have to find out more about the mastermind group that you're in...sounds wonderful.
