“Some of the biggest challenges in relationships come from the fact that most people enter a relationship in order to get something. They’re trying to find someone who’s going to make them feel good. Hi Nea
This quote resonates the most with me;
““I’m loving you because it’s natural to me. I’m loving you because I’m a lover, not even because you’re lovable. Because if I’m loving you because you’re lovable, those are strings. Then you’ve got to keep being my version of lovable to get me to feel this way about you. And that is manipulation under all standards.” ~Abraham Hicks”
We are love and life is about doing love-in-action because it feels natural to do this. Abraham says it beautifully.
This happens for me when I let go of my ego-self and each day do love-in-action.

Amazing Wilma! We have the same favorite quote. I do my very best to radiate love and share that positive vibration with everyone, even when its not easy. Abraham is the absolute best teacher and I’m so happy to know that their teachings resonate with you as well.

@Wilma, thanks for bringing my attention to that awesome quote by Abraham, I’ve never heard that particular quote before but it is a perfect description of what I believe.

@Nea, lovely collection of quotes. This quote I coined isn’t about love as such but was more of thought to empower men looking for a woman. The quote is ‘just because woman says she isn’t looking for someone, it doesn’t necessarily mean she doesn’t want to be found’.

Thanks for the lovely post!

Yes, how amazing is that to love the same quote.
I have another one that is a close second and that is from a Chilian biologist called Humberto Maturana and he says;
“Love is the only emotion that expands intelligence.”
I am really getting to see how love indeed makes me more aware and allows me to make decisions that fear would not let me make.
For example that I now live in the country growing my own veggies has been a decision made from love.
If fear would have ruled I would still be in the city and in a job that wasn’t making a difference.
